On his way to work he was flagged down by someone that there was an 18 month old baby who was choking, he preformed CPR and save the baby’s life.
Why should this officer receive the RISE Officer award?
I feel that Officer Marshall deserves to be recognized for not only saving this baby but showing the other individual respect. Officer Marshall and his K9 Kubo also went out of their way last year to visit our daughter’s 11 year old friend in the hospital a couple times to brighten her days a bit, shortly after we did loose our friend Lucy to her battle with DIPG. This man has and dose a lot for all the local communities without any real proper recognition. I understand it is his job, but to be the buffer between the evil of the world and us as a community all the while providing and protecting his own family.
