Officer Hubbard responded to an infant in distress call, our local ambulance typically takes 10 - 15 minutes to arrive so he responded. Upon arrival he found an infant who was not breathing. He recalled his academy training (since he had only been out on the streets for about 6 months after he graduated) and was able to save the baby's life. He made nation new all over the world for his actions.
